Sr. Partner Success Manager Karen has more than 30 years’ experience in management, financial services, operations, client service, business development and consulting in several industries. Karen is passionate about providing exceptional service to the underserved small plan market and has been a small business owner herself. She holds Qualified 401k Administrator (QKA) and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) as well as the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from fi360 and previously held FINRA Series 7, 66, and 9/10 securities licenses. A native of Boston, Karen currently resides in Colorado and loves spending time outdoors, reading and travelling to new places to sample the local cuisine.
