Ubiquity Retirement + Savings’ (formerly The Online 401(k)) Founder + CEO, Chad Parks, clears the air when it comes to 401(k) misconceptions. In an article published in American Business Magazine, Chad dispelled the most popular, though untrue, myths that small business owners have been made to believe.

For example, Chad made that point that there is no matching mandate when it comes to 401(k)s. Entrepreneurs are often led to believe they are required to match employee contributions when in reality, all a business owner has to do is set up the plan and let employees take advantage of it.
