Chad Parks was a financial planner encouraging his clients who owned small businesses to set up small business 401(k) plan for them and their employees. When he realized how small a percentage of those clients had them, and the lack of options readily available, he created Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, formerly The Online 401(k) to fill that void.
