Ubiquity Retirement + Savings has been headquartered in San Francisco since our doors first opened in 1999 and offered our first 401(k) plans to small businesses. Our employees absolutely love the fast-paced nature of the city and the opportunity to be exposed to the different cultures and experiences afforded to them by our location.

We can’t imagine coming to work in any other city. That’s why we were so excited to learn we were named to the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City’s Inner City 100 list, which recognizes the fastest-growing businesses located in America’s inner cities, while celebrating urban entrepreneurship. The other members of the list share our commitment to creating jobs and income for inner city residents. The Inner City 100 list is published annually in Fortune and announced at the Inner City 100 Symposium and Awards.

For more than 15 years, our roots in San Francisco have allowed us to help small businesses and their people realize cost-effective retirement plans are indeed a possibility. We’re honored to have been included on this list, and we celebrate the other urban Inner City 100 list companies who are innovators and disrupters in their own industries!
