Chad Parks, Founder + CEO at Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, talks to Tom Anderson at NBC News about the recent U.S. Government Accountability Office report, which found only 14 percent of employers with fewer than 100 employees, provide a workplace savings plan. Parks also discusses the future of state-run retirement plans.

“It’s not about lack of access, anyone can open an IRA,” said Parks. “It’s a lack of motivation and understanding.”
