Kent Smetters, an economics professor at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, recommends Ubiquity Retirement + Savings in this opinion piece that ran as part of NPR’s “Your Money and Your Life” series.

According to Smetters, finding a good involves two key steps, choose a “fee-only adviser” and you want an adviser who believes in “low-cost passive-indexed diversification.”
