Mary Torgerson - Chief Operations Officer

Mary Torgerson is COO for Ubiquity, rocketing from Senior Regional Sales Director into leading sales and business development strategies company-wide, to overseeing all sales and operational elements of Ubiquity. As a veteran in the software industry, Mary has brought her unique and well-rounded expertise that Ubiquity required to surpass the financial industry norm.


Andrew Meadows – SVP of HR, Brand, + Culture

Andrew Meadows is the SVP of HR, Brand, + Culture for Ubiquity, and has worked for two decades in the retirement and savings space and is a fierce advocate for the small business. John Farmakis – SVP of Business Growth

John Farmakis is Ubiquity’s SVP of Business Growth, with more than 30 years of sales, management, and business development experience working with firms in the financial services, pension, and asset management industries. John oversees sales, marketing, business development, relationship management, product innovation, and government relations, fueling Ubiquity’s growth efforts to support its mission of offering low-cost retirement plans to the masses.


Ken Simons – General Manager, Paradigm™

Ken Simons is General Manager of Ubiquity’s proprietary Paradigm Record Keeping System Business Unit. Ken has over 30 years of experience helping to create administration and recordkeeping platforms for the independent Third-Party Administration (TPA) and Recordkeeping markets.

With experience in all facets of the software development lifecycle including quality assurances, Ken is helping to drive the entire industry forward with an all-in-one platform that will extend small business retirement to everyone.


Bill Minogue – VP of Operations

Bill Minogue is the VP of Financial Operations and has over 30 years’ experience in financial services including 18 years in the retirement industry. With consistent leadership in managing departments to track companywide operating losses, while building corrective action procedures, Bill has a proven track record of developing strong teams and processes that are operationally sound and scalable. Bill has owned major initiatives, including the deployment of SEC rule 22c-2, the automation of mutual fund and ETF product lists, and while moving operational functions and procedures into a paperless environment. Bill’s focus is always on ensuring that all operational functions for Ubiquity are performed timely and accurately, and with utmost business integrity.


Nasrin Mazooji – VP of Compliance

Nasrin Mazooji is VP of Compliance for Ubiquity and has a natural proclivity towards managing the extreme complexities and government agency-led legal specifications surrounding retirement.

Joining Ubiquity in 2013, Nasrin oversees and ensures the timely execution and accuracy of retirement compliance, including contracts and agreements, legal disclosures, annual testing, government form filing preparations, annual benefit calculations, and strategic planning of process improvements and automated workflows—the things that keep the Ubiquity engine running smoothly.


Lisa Tennyson - VP of Marketing

Lisa Tennyson loves a good story – which led her to the Walt Disney Studios for her first job after college. From there began a 20+ year career in marketing and brand, working with both Fortune 500 companies and startups. She is known for her ability to lead teams to devise innovative marketing strategies and pair them with amazingly creative tactics, that not only acquire new customers, but build admired consumer brands. Lisa is the VP of Marketing for Ubiquity, leading demand gen, brand and public relations.


Boris Chen - VP of Client Experience

Boris Chen leads Ubiquity’s national Client Experience department that works directly with clients, advisors, and savers to maximize Ubiquity’s value to them through onboarding, training, technical support, renewals/additions, and new needs identification. With over 20 years of industry experience Boris is responsible for ensuring Ubiquity is focused on driving success for every client. Boris’ extensive professional services experience includes work with enterprise SaaS, management consulting, and digital design firms that helped hundreds of Fortune 500 and smaller companies adopt technology, customer experience, and business practice innovations.


Gina Armstrong-Smith - VP, Financial Controller.

Gina has over 3 decades of accounting and finance experience in a variety of industries and has held senior roles at a Fortune 500 company, founded a multi-location business, and has provided consultative leadership roles with several Bay Area start-ups. She is an analytic professional with a diverse set of skills, experiences and technical expertise across a range of disciplines. Gina is well versed in day-to-day accounting activities, identifying opportunities, and leading cross-functional teams in business growth initiatives. Gina serves as the Controller of Accounting & Finance for Ubiquity and began her career at Ernst & Young and is a Certified Public Accountant.
