When you add Automatic Enrollment to your existing 401(k) Plan, your employees will be automatically enrolled in the plan at a set pre-tax contribution rate of 3%.
Every year, this rate will increase by 1% until they reach 6% – at any time, they can elect to contribute more by logging on to our website and making a change to their deferrals. The great thing is that employees don’t have to initiate enrollment–it’s all automatic!
3.5% Safe Harbor match is now available in Automatic Enrollment plans. Previously, the most affordable Safe Harbor match option was 4%. Ask us about Safe Harbor, a plan that helps you maximize your 401(k) plan contributions.
