Key Takeaways
  • Ubiquity Retirement + Savings introduced a refreshed brand identity, including a new logo and modernized website, alongside upgraded calculators, articles, and compliance resources.
  • The rebrand reflects Ubiquity's continued focus on small business retirement plans as the company approaches its 25th anniversary as a flat-fee 401(k) pioneer.

San Francisco, Calif. – Today, Ubiquity Retirement + Savings started a new era in their journey, showcasing a new logo and revamped website that are part of their larger rebranding initiative. Starting today, their brand name will stay the same, but they will be represented by new design components and upgraded tools and resources that will help them drive their mission of ensuring that everyone can have the retirement and financial security they dream of. The reimagined features will be accompanied by their industry-leading technology and world-class support team.

“Just like cars, phones, and fashion change and improve over time, so do we.  The new look and feel and client experience reflects the maturity, stability, and commitment we have demonstrated as a provider to small businesses,” Chad Parks, Ubiquity’s CEO and Founder, stated.

Their rebrand consists of a fresh, bold color palette and a contemporary logo design that conveys strength, perseverance, and their dedication to helping their clients achieve upward growth. To meet the ever-evolving retirement needs of businesses and enhance user experience, they have also upgraded a plethora of their resources including calculators, step-by-step articles, and compliance guides.

Ubiquity’s Chief Operating Officer, Nasrin Mazooji, expressed her excitement for the rebrand: “This achievement would not have been possible without our customers, and we are eager to celebrate by introducing new and innovative solutions incrementally throughout 2023 and 2024 to better serve their needs.”

This marks an important milestone as Ubiquity is approaching their 25-year anniversary this August. Noticing that small businesses didn’t have access to the same robust retirement benefits that big companies had, Parks decided to close the gap by pioneering The Online 401(k) back in 1999. Since then, the brand has reincarnated into Ubiquity Retirement + Savings, and continues to cater to small business owners who want to take control of their retirement with 401(k)s that have customized features and several opportunities to capitalize on tax savings, benefits, and more.

Moving into the rest of 2024 and the future, the enhanced branding will help Ubiquity maintain its competitive edge, better serve employers, and improve their financial well-being, and establish how they’re taking retirement beyond the status quo loud and clear.

“We are in our silver anniversary in the retirement savings business, and we are always evolving to bring our clients the best-of-breed retirement plans. Our rebrand is an extension of this evolution and we look forward to continuing our journey and leading the change for a better future for everyone,” Parks said.
